In practice
Optimisation project in the glass industry
A project delivered by the consultancy Entra Group using the FitMech platform to measure machine operation.
Identify the most frequent and most costly downtime and define operating standards for the machine park.
FitMech automated the collection of cycle times, performance and downtime data for every machine studied, increasing the volume and accuracy of the data.
After three months the client received a list of technical and organisational improvement actions based on a complete picture of its production processes.
